Shipping & Handling

  • The S&H fee is same for all countries.

Warranty & Return Policy

  • We offer 14 days Dead On Arrival Replacement Warranty from the date of receipt.   You are responsible for the returning shipping fee, and we will mail the replacement at our cost after receiving the returned item.


  • This item carries One Year Manufacturer Warranty, and we will deal with the manufacturer on behalf of you.   You are responsible for all shipping fee involved during this period.


  • All warranties do not cover the damages due to physical, water, fire, user's mis-uses, problem of compatibility, and etc.


  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returning non-defective item.   You are responsible for all related shipping fee involved, and the whole returned package must be in original good condition.


  • Before returning item, please send us email first because some problem can be solved on your side.
