Payment
Payment can be done via Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover card. payment is due immediately after winning the auction, if there is no payment submitted by the customer within 24 hours, we deserve the right to relist the item, and a non-paying bidder case (UPI) will be filed.
Shipment
Most items will ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. larger items will ship With UPS Ground. NY State sales tax will be collected on orders shipped within the state of NY. Regretfully, we do not ship to APO/FPO's U.S. territories except PR. MyTechSolution is closed on the weekends, all orders placed late tFriday and on the weekends will be processed and shipped the following Monday, unless there is a Holiday. We cannot alter address after payment is made, please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to making payment.

Tracking
For items shipped Via USPS the Customer will receive a delivery confirmation number, "Please note that this is not a tracking number" As much as we like, we have no control over the post office and are not responsible for any carries delays. If the product is shipped Via UPS ground the buyer will be able to track the order with the tracking number within 12 hours of shipment.
Terms of Sale
Return authorization is required for ALL replacement and/or refunds. Shall a replacement be needed, you will get exactly what your original. purchase was, provided that item is in stock, if not we will order either an upgrade or a refund will be issued. We here at "My Tech Solution" respect all buyers and we expect the same in return, any underage transactions (under 18) is against eBay policy and will be reported to eBay and could lead to termination of that eBay account.
